free consultation
To ensure that we are a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. During this time you can share your reasons for seeking counseling and we can ascertain both that I am equipped to help you appropriately, and that you feel comfortable moving forward.
If you decide for any reason that we are not a good fit, I am happy to provide you with resources to assist you in identifying a therapist.
